Location Highlights
STRUCTURE NO. 151.6: GSP UNDER EAST PASSAIC AVENUE (CR 562)
IMPROVEMENTS:
- Reconstruction of deck, sidewalks, railings/parapets and lighting
- Roadway milling and resurfacing of East Passaic Avenue at both approaches
- Guide rail, curb, sidewalk, fencing and traffic striping on East Passaic Avenue
CONSTRUCTION:
- Construction work to be performed in four (4) stages
- Temporary traffic shifts will be utilized to facilitate the work
- Work to begin on or about Summer 2019
Location Updates
March 22, 2019
- During the weeks of 03/25/19 and 04/01/19, bridge demolition support work will continue on East Passaic Avenue Bridge. All work will be performed from the GSP during nighttime lane closures. Work will be supported by State Police.
March 15, 2019
- During the weeks of 03/18/19 and 03/25/18, bridge demolition support work will begin on East Passaic Avenue Bridge. All work will be performed from the GSP. Work will be supported by State Police.
